Based on Fr Richard Rohrs work in 2nd half of life spirituality this workshop will explore our life experiences and how they’ve shaped us into the women we are today and will continue to become tomorrow. Through reflective questions and quiet space, discover the spiritual wisdom that effects every aspect of life and making it richer, fuller and deeply rewarding.
Bring a camera, journal and snack to share if desired.
Come with an open heart and open spirit.
About the facilitator
Karla Jo Grimmett (KJ), from Council Grove, KS, has a passion for assisting others in achieving an enjoyable and healthy lifestyle through coaching, playing and education. She has 30 years of experience in the health care, fitness, collegiate and wellness fields. KJ is the owner of Innovative Wellness, a consulting
and service-based business.. She is a trained Health Rhythms facilitator, Drums Alive trainer, Certified Wellness and Health coach , Certified Reiki I & II level Practitioner, and a Certified Physical Therapist Assistant.
KJ will also facilitate Health Rhythms! Drum and Dance at Tallgrass!
