Walking the labyrinth is a form of prayer. It is a
journey inward and then back out. This is a time to
quiet one’s mind and consciously be receptive to God.
One might enter the labyrinth with a question and be
open to looking at the issue from more than one
perspective.  Some folks repeat a prayer, giving the
mind something specific to think about while walking.  There is no right or wrong way to walk the labyrinth.  A variety of ways to walk the labyrinth will be offered.
