Have you ever wondered why you said “yes” to bring cookies to the PTA meeting when you really didn’t have the time?  Have you ever wanted to
Utilizing Murray Bowen’s Family Systems Theory, we will take a look at the family in which we grew up and begin to understand our own role in connecting with our families and within our key relationships.  Plenty of time will be set aside for table fellowship, worship, reflection, and fun!
Readings from Bishop Rueben Job’s book, A Guide to Retreat for All God’s Shepherds, from the writings of Julian of Norwich, and the Holy Bible will inform our worship.  Learning will occur through personal reflection, experiential exercises and completion of a family genogram (map).
