As children we received quarterly report cards from our teachers. Employers require annual evaluations. The president prepares a state of the union address. Where is our routine assessment of what matters most - the state of our souls?
This day away offers time, space and a process to ask yourself, "How am I doing?" and wait, intuitively, for the answer.
Journaling, guided imagery and other experiences will be offered to help participant's delve into the question and discover their own answers.
Bring your journal and a writing instrument of your choice - mine is large children's markers! Consider bringing a camera, CD's from which to share favorite music, and an open mind and spirit.
