We've added a THIRD experience of SoulCollage and energy work on Nov.12-14.
Join other women in a safe and sacred space. On the journey you'll explore your soul and balance your energy.

Enjoy the quiet company of other women in a safe and sacred space as you discover ways to practice soul-tending through relaxation, guided meditation and collage. This holistic retreat will provide you with the opportunity to experience a state of harmony and balance through the gentle energy of Healing Touch and to explore and cherish the universe within through SoulCollage®.
During this relaxing weekend retreat, Mindy will guide you in exploring the human biofield, what it means to hold space for yourself, and quiet ways of bringing healing to your life. You will learn a simple energy technique to add to your personal self-care practices and be guided to deeply center and relax during your individual Healing Touch session.
Healing Touch is an energy based approach to health and healing. As energy centers in the body are connected, opened and balanced, energy flow is enhanced — producing a deep calm. As the body moves into its own healing work, anxiety, tension and stress melt away; clear thought, awakened intuition, and a feeling of wellbeing ensue.
Hazel will introduce you to the intuitive and healing art of SoulCollage® as she shares her passion for soul trekking and evoking the soul’s voice through intention, imagination, intuition and images. SoulCollage is a fun and simple process that honors the ability to transform your inner landscape by intuitively choosing, cutting, gluing and manipulating images taken from magazines to create a surprising piece of work.
During this retreat, you will experience the transformative power of self-exploration through guided meditation, and the reawakening of your innate sense of creativity and healing wisdom! No artistic skill or experience is necessary!
Hazel Hutchinson is a self-proclaimed Art and Soul Trekker. She journeys to uncharted territory within herself to find what begs to be found. The process of bringing her “find” to the surface is transformational, often presenting itself in a collage, a poem, a bit of storytelling, or a simple painting. Through the Salina Arts & Humanities
Melinda (Mindy) Graham was raised in a family of women and has practiced the art of the nurse-healer for 26 years, working extensively with infants and toddlers who are premature, fragile and differently-abled. She attributes her upbringing and her time spent with these little ones for her recognition of the strength inherent in gentleness, in

Commission. Hazel was a 1996 recipient of a Horizons Grant for a Poetry Tutorial with Roderick Townley, and a 2006 Horizons Grant to attend SoulCollage® Facilitator Training in California. Hazel was one of the six Prairie Poets & Writers who published the poetry anthology, PlainSpoken: Chosen Lives, Chosen Words. She has also had a number of poems published in various anthologies and national literary journals. Hazel's passion for SoulCollage, a holistic healing process, inspired her to travel to California in June of 2007 to receive facilitator training directly from Seena Frost, author and creator of the SoulCollage® process. Hazel’s intention is to tempt others to trek alongside her and personally experience this most intimate form of correspondence with self. The only requirement is the willingness to journey within. No artistic ability required.
Hazel and her husband, Hutch, have two married sons, a granddaughter, and three grandsons. Spending time with their “grands” is always a healing delight. Learn more about Hazel at ArtEnSoulCollage or e-mail her at ArtEnSoul@cox.net.
